Issue/Rationale

The Elementary X (Shadowlawn Elementary) school site has .95 acres of wetlands that require mitigation per the requirements of the St. Johns River Water Management District and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.

Recommended Action

Receive and approve the Mitigation Bank Credit Reservation and Purchase Option Agreements for the Elementary School X (Shadowlawn Elementary) site.

Financial Impact

The cost of the required .83 credits for the United States Corps of Engineers is $16,600.00. The cost of the required .88 credits for the Saint Johns River Water Management District is $119,340.00. The total cost is $135,940.00.
